Register your case through our submit page.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your data carrier has been successfully signed up. You will also receive your unique case number by email. In most cases, our staff will contact you by telephone for additional information.

2. Transport

After your data carrier is signed up successfully, we need to diagnose it. You can send your data carrier by mail or deliver your data carrier at one of our 12 delivery points. If you send the data carrier by mail, you need to pack it well. To ensure safe transportation of your data carrier, we advise you to do this with great care. See the packing instructions below.

3. Diagnosis

After the diagnosis, the problem is identified and a possible solution is provided. Depending on the speed at which you want to diagnose, you can choose from 2 diagnostic options.

If you want the diagnose results within 1 hours we recommend the express service. With the standard service you will receive a diagnosis within 2 business days.

You will receive the diagnosis report after the diagnosis. In this report you will find the following information:


  • * Type of damage
  • * Possible solution
  • * Estimated duration and exact recovery costs

The diagnosis report is at the same time a non-binding offer.

5. File list

You will receive a file list once your data is restored. This list lists all recovered files. Based on this list, it can be determined whether the recovery has been successful. You are requested to check the file list properly.

6. Data Delivery

All recovered files are provided on a new external hard drive. The new external hard drive is always encrypted. You will receive the password by email. In this way you are guaranteed the highest possible data security until the last step.
