Can you guarantee data recovery?

As long as the recovery work has not yet been completed, we can not guarantee a successful recovery. The result is only visible once the work has been finished, sectors are accessible again and all data has been read. We do offer a 'No Cure No Pay' guarantee to minimize your risks.

Probably the read/write head is damaged. Turn off the hard drive immediately to prevent (irreparable) damage on the platters of the drive. View a video of a ticking hard drive for a similar situation.

Are deleted files still recoverable?

In most cases deleted files can be restored. It is important to make as few operations as possible after removing the files.

Prevent data transfer by doing absolutely no further actions on the data carrier. Switch off the data carrier and contact us directly for professional advice.

How is my data delivered?

We deliver the restored data on a new external hard drive. We send this by post. To ensure security, we always send the data encrypted so that no one else can access the data.
